We're glad you're here. To help make your first appointment successful, we ask that all new clients follow the steps below.

Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Appointment
New clients may schedule their first appointment directly through our Client Portal. Initial appointments are 60 minutes in length.

Step 2: Complete Intake Documents Within the Hold Period
After scheduling, your appointment time will be held for up to 3 days while we wait for your intake paperwork to be completed.

Please note:

• Intake documents take most people approximately 45 minutes to complete
   
• Intake forms cannot be paused and returned to later, so please begin when you have uninterrupted time
   
• All intake documents must be completed within the hold period for your appointment to remain reserved
   

Important Scheduling Information

• Appointment times are held temporarily while intake paperwork is completed
   
• If intake documents are not received within the hold period, the appointment time will be released and may be scheduled by another client
   
• Once intake documents are received, your appointment will be fully confirmed
   

This process helps us prepare appropriately for your care and ensures appointment availability is managed fairly for all clients.
