We provide psychotherapy, counselling, and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in Thunder Bay and across Ontario. Our services include support for trauma, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship concerns, and diagnostic clarification.
Whether you are seeking therapy, counselling, or psychological assessment, our goal is to help you better understand yourself and move forward with confidence. We provide evidence-informed care that is 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and responsive to each person's unique strengths, experiences, and goals.
You can expect respectful, collaborative care from psychologists registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. From your first contact through therapy, counselling, assessment, feedback, and recommendations, we strive to create a safe, affirming environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.
